WHY SHOULD I PERFORM A SEARCH BY EXECUTIVE OFFICER ?

• You are in need of a document but do not know the name or identification number of a company (only the name of its executive officer).
• You wish to find all companies whose executive officer is a particular legal entity or individual, as well as the position held by this person or entity at these companies.

The search for companies by executive officer and the enhanced list lets you obtain answers to your questions.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE SEARCH BY EXECUTIVE OFFICER ?

On each page of the infogreffe.fr website, a grey flag displayed in the top portion of the screen provides access to the various search methods.

To access the search by executive officer screen, click on the « By Executive Officer » button.

WHICH REGISTRIES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS SEARCH ?

Company searches are limited to companies registered with the Commercial Court Registries.

As a result, information from the Tribunaux d'Instance (TI - low civil court) and Tribunaux de Grande Instance (TGI - high civil court) which hear commercial cases, as well as the overseas départements and territories, is not available on the Infogreffe website.

You should send a request by mail to the appropriate Court Registry or contact them by phone at 0891 01 11 11* (0,22€  /min including tax).

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE LIST BY EXECUTIVE OFFICER ?

Select search criteria

Enter a last name (required), first name and date of birth : you will then see a list of companies (up to 100) whose executive officers are the legal entities or individuals matching the search criteria entered. Selecting a company gives you access either to its identity record or to the page for selecting the products that may be ordered.

The first name and date of birth criteria are optional. However, by entering them the responses obtained will be more relevant.

You may also purchase the enhanced list (list that contains additional information about the company and the executive officer) in view and/or download mode.

Which companies should I search for ?

The search concerns representatives who are still in office (legal representative, directors, etc.), auditors and partners of general partnerships or non-trading companies (declared to the registry after 01/02/2005 for the latter) who exactly match the search criteria entered.

The companies searched for are legal entities (merchant, company, EIG, non-trading company, commercial agent) registered in the Trade Register (all registries included except TI (low civil court)/TGI (high civil court) and overseas départements and territories) and those not registered.

Companies not included in the search :

• Deregistered companies.
• Companies whose information has not been automated (summary files).
• Commercial agents who are individuals.
• The Intergreffe group's frozen files.

Search results

The result of this search is a free list which is displayed immediately.

The display of the number of companies found at the top of the list allows you to check the relevance of the criteria selected and to return to the criteria entry page to modify your choices.

A link entitled « View next list of companies containing additional information (executive officer, title, effective date, etc.)  » provides access, in any case, to a quote page (quote for preparing the list based on the distribution method selected) for ordering these lists in view/download mode.

The maximum number of companies displayed is 100. Beyond 100 companies, the list cannot be displayed online. You can narrow your search by adding selection criteria to reduce the number of companies found.

Price of the list

The price of the list is 2,02€ excluding tax regardless of the number of companies found plus transmission costs. When this list is ordered in download mode, transmission costs are 1€ excluding tax.

Payment of the order

Once the distribution methods have been selected and the product has been added to your selection using the « Add » button, you can :

• Complete your order.
• Enter your delivery information and email address (optional step since the distribution methods are view and download, which do not require this type of information).
• Enter your order reference (if you indicated in your profile that this information is required).
• Pay for your order by selecting one of the available payment methods.
• Access your lists on the « Documents Ordered » page by clicking on the View and/or Download links.

Our suggestion : before completing the order, you can start a new search to obtain a second list and add it to your selection.

After the search, it you wish to keep this list in the form of a document, you may order the list of companies matching the search criteria in view or download mode.

This list of companies includes the following information for each company :

• Executive officer's last name, first name, date, place and département of birth, title and start date of the position.
• Company's name, RCS identification number, date of registration.
• Full address of the company's head office.
• Company's activity (NAF code description), legal form, revenue.
