The National Company of Auditors (CNCC) is organising a training day on 2 October 2014 on the theme of "Holdings : a panorama of difficulties to be managed by auditors". This day is open to auditors, directors, project managers and all confirmed employees.
Three objectives are set out as a common theme for the 7 and a half hours of training:
- Controlling issues met at the time of establishment and in operation of a holding;
- Anticipating fiscal, legal and accounting traps;
- Targeting major areas of risks for auditors.
Amongst the subjects which will be dealt with for instance are: the acquisition and transfer of shares; tax "consolidation" at holding company level; transactions between the parent company and subsidiaries; different types of holdings, their company forms, terms and conditions of establishment; regulated conventions within the group; "management fees " and licences.
More information available at the training area on the CNCC website.
