CSOEC and funding platform for the signature of a partnership

The Upper Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants (CSOEC) and the platform of participative financing, or crowdfunding, signed a partnership agreement on 18 March 2015.
The objective is two-fold. On one hand, it concerns promotion of crowdfunding, via the paid loan of individuals to companies. On the other hand, to highlight the role of the chartered accountant who will present evidence on the financing on Prêtgo in two ways. First, by validating the provisional financial information of the projects proposed on a platform of participative financing then, in certifying complying utilisation of the funds raised to the project presented.
For signature of this agreement, present were the President of the CSOEC, Philippe Arraou, the President of the Prêtgo platform, Patrick Derhy, and Pierre Préjean, the President of the French Committee for the financing and development of the enterprises of the CSOEC.
