The EJL project for training European bailiffs
In the framework of the "Civil Justice" programme funded by the European Union, the European Judicial officers' e-learning (EJL) programme was officially launched on 14 November 2014 following the conference closing the European funding of the project which was held in Luxembourg. Henceforth, it shall be led by the European Chamber of Bailiffs for its promotion and furthering its challenges.
In order to train bailiffs in European cooperation in civil and commercial matters and its instruments, several interactive learning modules will be accessible via the EJL e-learning platform. The training sessions cover four topics: (1) service of deeds in Europe; (2) performance of legal decisions; (3) simplified procedures for recovery of cross-border debts and (4) cooperation in family law.
Consult all of the projects led by the European Chamber of bailiffs on its website.
