Reminder of the deadline for filing "generation contract" agreements by companies with at least 300 employees

"Facilitating inclusion of young people in employment through better access to permanent employment contracts (CDI) and encouraging recruitment and continuity in employment of senior employees, this is the objective of the generation contract. This contract will be applicable in a different manner depending on the size of the company. "
In a press release of 11 July 2013, the URSSAF reiterated that companies with fewer than 300 employees have the obligation of concluding and filing with the DIRECCTE an agreement on the generation contract concerning employment commitments for young and senior people and the transfer of skills and expertise. This agreement should be filed before 30 September 2013 subject to penalties.
The URSSAF will soon indicate the terms and conditions for declaration and penalties due by companies who fail to respect this obligation.
