TPE Union: the new union for very small companies

With over 3 million companies with between 0 to 9 employees, very small companies (TPEs) account for 95% of French companies. On the basis of this observation, Pierre Moyer, deputy presiding judge of the Marseille Commercial Court, has created a union dedicated to very small companies aimed at bringing together and defending these economic players. Since its establishment, the union has set forth priority areas for action. Amongst these is an audit of the sole trader social regime (RSI) following difficulties observed with the latest reform (late affiliation, calls for contributions, anomalies), flexibility of the labour market to combat the effects of the crisis and, finally, tax exemptions for overtime.
