Deed of proceedings
Refers to a group of formalities to be undertaken by the parties (applicant or defendant)in a trial, their representatives or legal counsel (lawyer, solicitor or bailiff). This type of deed is intended to initiate proceedings, to ensure due and proper progress of proceedings, to suspend or annul proceedings, or to enforce a ruling. E.g. summons, service of a ruling.● Back to the letter : "D"
