Procedures Guide

The Procedures guide allows entrepreneurs and decision-makers to have a reliable, precise and up to date overview of legal procedures and measures concerning commercial formalities to be undertaken. It is broken down into 6 sections in which you can find information and documentation required for formalities with Registry Offices at the Commercial Courts.

Sales agreement with a reservation of ownership clause

Removal of a registration of a sales agreement with a reservation of ownership clause is requested by the seller or the client by filing with the court clerk of two registration forms which receive the same treatment as a modification.

Removal may also result from a final judicial decision.

In the absence of removal, registrations lapse after five years unless renewed, as in lease financing.

(Prices with tax)

The formality is free of charge.
