Procedures Guide

The Procedures guide allows entrepreneurs and decision-makers to have a reliable, precise and up to date overview of legal procedures and measures concerning commercial formalities to be undertaken. It is broken down into 6 sections in which you can find information and documentation required for formalities with Registry Offices at the Commercial Courts.

Opinion of the Coordination Committee of the Trade and Companies Register

"The coordination committee oversees harmonisation of the application of legislative and regulatory measures applicable to the Trade and Companies Register.

The committee intervenes either upon referral from a clerk of the court, a business registration centre, a professional signing officer, an administrative body or one dealing with registration; it can also act upon the initiative of a member.

In response to such requests, the committee formulates opinions which are communicated to the requester, and which may also be published. The committee may also, on its own initiative, prepare reports for the competent Ministers, suggesting solutions to difficulties or anomalies that have come to its attention, or proposals to modify applicable legislative or regulatory provisions.

The doctrine elaborated by it is subject to wide dissemination in all specializing publications as well as in legal encyclopaedias. Reference to its opinions is also found in current editions of the Commercial Code."
