Over one half of French people are dissatisfied with "customer relations"

According to a Harris Interactive survey undertaken for Groupama along with LCI and for over 1,600 people from 6 to 9 December 2013, 54% of French people feel let down as clients. Moreover, four out of ten believe that French clients are more poorly treated than in other European countries.
More precisely, expectations of the French people in terms of client relations in priority concern professionalism (57%) and effectiveness (43%). A little over one in four of the people surveyed agree on the importance of sympathy and kindness. 
The levels of expectation vary strongly from one sector to the other. Concerning banking and insurance, there is a requirement of quality in client relations for respectively 59% and 36% of people surveyed. Over 7 in 10 French people have also stated their lack of satisfaction with relations with insurers.
