24 hour Customer Relations: 2013 edition

On 10 October, the 24 hour Customer Relations event will take place in all regions of France. Organised by the French Association for Customer Relations (AFRC), this day falls within the framework of the "Celebrating customer relations" week which will be held from 4 to 11 October 2013.
Constantly developing and at the forefront of the most recent technological developments, the customer relations sector has seen a significant impetus in recent years. CRM (Customer Relationship Management), e-CRM, Social CRM (across social networks), CRM for SaaS (Software As A Service) or CRM Mobile will be amongst the new designs for customer relations dealt with during this key event. Companies, professionals, associations, economic development agencies, students and local clubs will all be involved so as to provide their vision and share their experiences.
