Take part in the new 2013 survey on public purchasing

The union of Public Purchasing Groups (UGAP) along with the Décision Achats magazine, is launching the 2013 edition of the barometer on development of the profession and purchasing practices in the public sector.
The 2012 version had notably shown that the public purchasing sector was appealing to professionals due to the effects of the financial crisis: 20% of people questioned stated that they had held a post as purchaser in the private sector before moving into the public sector. Pooling public purchasing had also been shown, with purchasers managing higher volumes of purchases. Moreover, the expansion of sustainable purchases and dematerialisation were two dominant themes of the previous edition.
The results of the 2013 version will be notified in the "Public Purchasing" supplement of the magazine in November and on ugap.fr.
