2014 Masters 2 Prize for the National Council of Clerks
In the framework of its partnerships with the academic world, the national council of clerks to the Commercial Courts (CNGTC) has launched its 2014 edition of the Masters 2 Prize.
This competition open to postgraduate students enrolled in a French university has the objective of rewarding theses supported on issues related to missions undertaken by clerks to the Commercial Courts. Any thesis related to this theme or that of the commercial court is permitted. The subject areas developed are as follows: company establishment, commercial disputes, prevention or handling of company difficulties, securities registered with the registry at the Commercial Court, filing annual accounts, interconnectability between European registers, legal information, computerisation of procedures, etc.
A prize of 1,500 euros will be awarded to the winner who will then have the title of "Winner of the Masters 2 Prize of the National Council of Clerks to the Commercial Courts, 2014". Registration is open from January until 30 May 2014 inclusive.
