Masters 2 Prize of the National Council of Court Clerks

Within the framework of its partnerships with the French Union of Training and Research Institutes and law faculties, the National Council of Commercial Court Clerks confirmed its mission of representing the profession by launching a new edition of the Masters 2 Prize. This competition is open to Master 2 students and will award the best dissertations and research work concerning various themes relating to the profession of court clerk. The subject areas developed are as follows: company establishment, commercial disputes, prevention or handling of company difficulties, securities registered with the registry of the Commercial Court, the filing of annual accounts, the inter-connection European registers, legal information, and the computerisation of procedures. A prize of 1,500 euros will be awarded to the winner. Registration is open from May until 15 July 2013.
