Personal bankruptcy

A sanction against a sole trader or manager of a company under judicial liquidation or administration, which abusively continue operating at loss which could only lead to incapacity to respect payments and/or concealing assets in whole or in part, or fraudulently increased liabilities. Personal bankruptcy leads to a prohibition to manager, direct, administer or control, whether directly or indirectly, any commercial or artisanal entity, any agricultural exploitation or company with any independent activities or legal entity.
