Economic Interest Group (GIE)
A grouping of physical persons or legal entities, of an original legal nature, distinct from the company and association, of which the objects are to facilitate economic activities of members by the pooling of certain aspects of this activity: sales desk, import or exports, research laboratory, etc. It has a legal personality and should be entered on the Trade and Companies Register (RCS).
