Entry of pledge or guarantee
A formality which consists, for a party holding a security, to request registration thereof in a file held by the commercial court, within strict conditions concerning deadlines and formats. This entry confers validity to the security. Any person, without needing to justify any particular interest, may receive an overview of securities entered, by making a request with the registry.
