Holding company
An economic collaboration method by the creation of a company with articles of association but which, not being entered on the RCS by the members, does not have a legal personality. It does not exist towards third parties, who can where applicable take proceedings against the manager for payment, or each of the members, if the manager fails to respect debts. It has no estate, no obligation or rights, it only exists between members.
