Change of address of a director

The change of address stated in the Trade and Companies Register of a director carries with it a modifying registration in the file of legal entity.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION

The duly completed and signed M3 SARL-SELARL forms . These forms are anticipated as the declarations for limited liability companies and private practice companies with limited liability. If the declaration relates to a simplified joint stock company (SAS), a public limited company, a general partnership (SNC), a civil society or a limited partnership company (simplified or joint stock), to be transmitted are M3 forms. For economic interest groups (GIE) and European economic interest groups, G3 forms are required.

An original power from the legal representative if he or she has not signed the forms.
