Infogreffe allows you to track a company and receive alerts when an event concerning it occurs: modification to the entry at the Trade and Companies Register, filing annual accounts, instruments filed at the registry office, updates to debt statements etc.
Once you have set up the tracker for this company, you will be automatically alerted of any event. The tracker will only end if you remove the company from your tracking portfolio, or it stops trading.
By tracking the company, you will be able to see the notices that concern it and order the documents available about the company.

Notification detected in the RCS domain: 1,30 euro before tax.
Notification detected in the "Preferential Rights/Collateral" domain: 2,60 euros before tax per inscription type for all notifications falling on the same day.
Notification detected in the "Annual accounts" domain: 1,30 euro before tax.
Notification of filing of deeds: 1,30 euro before tax irrespective of the number of deeds revealed.
Please note: If several notifications are detected on the same day in the same domain, they will only be invoiced once: for example 1, 30 euros before tax for all RCS domain notifications.
