Company tracking

Infogreffe allows you to track a company and receive alerts when an event concerning it occurs: modification to the entry at the Trade and Companies Register, filing annual accounts, instruments filed at the registry office, updates to debt statements etc.
Once you have set up the tracker for this company, you will be automatically alerted of any event. The tracker will only end if you remove the company from your tracking portfolio, or it stops trading.
By tracking the company, you will be able to see the notices that concern it and order the documents available about the company.
There is no charge to set up tracker(s) on one or more companies. Only reception of the notifications will give rise to invoicing.

By tracking a company, you will be notified of major events that concern it. In fact, each of these events is not only subject to a registration modification formality or a compulsory reference at the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) held by a registrar of Commercial court, but it is also filed in the appendix of this register (instruments, annual accounts).
The scope of application of the tracker service for a company extends to registrations and updates made for liens and pledges* .
Tracking a company is therefore a simple way to receive regular updates on the situation of a customer or supplier: whenever an event occurs, you will be immediately notified by e-mail and/or SMS messages.

* Only debtors designated by their RCS registration number can be tracked.

To enjoy the company tracker service, you must have an account as a member or subscriber to Infogreffe.

Duration and number
There is no validity period for tracking a company, but it can be stopped at any time at the initiative of the user, or automatically when certain events occur, such as the company being de-registered from the RCS.
The maximum number of companies being tracked depends on your Infogreffe customer profile. Members can track up to 50 companies, subscribers up to 2,000.

The user sets his own framework for his financial track, first by selecting the company targeted by this process, then by limiting the tracking scope to certain parameters, for example, specific elements of company's identification (name, registered office, registered share capital), business activity, changes in management, or even the start of a collective insolvency procedure. The permitted level of detail allows you, for example, to select the filing of specific instruments (share sales).

Which companies should be tracked?
The companies that can be monitored include retailers/traders, companies, GIEs and private companies registered at the Trade and Companies Register (across all registry offices except TI/TGI [small claims courts and district courts] and DOM/TOM).

It is impossible to track a company that:
• has been de-registered from the RCS;
• is not yet registered;
• has a secondary registration or a file in which the dataset has not been processed;
• or is engaged in court-ordered liquidation proceedings.

Email and/or SMS alerts
Once a tracker service for a company is set up, you can opt to receive an email and/or a SMS alert. The alert message will notify you that one or more events have been detected on one or more companies in your tracking portfolio.
The default option is for you to be alerted by email. We use the e-mail you registered in your profile; however you can edit it.
You can un-tick this option if you do not want to receive any alert or also tick the SMS option, in order to receive an alert on your mobile phone.

Please note
- If you would like to be alerted by email, please check that the email address entered is correct and that your mailbox is not full.
- If you would like to be alerted by SMS, please check that the mobile phone number entered is correct to receive alerts.
