Conversion of a simplified joint stock company (SAS) into a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with a sole member (SASU)

The conversion of a multi-person simplified joint stock company (SAS) into a single person simplified joint stock company (SASU) may lead to amendment of the articles of association if its clauses are no longer complying.

In such case, the sole shareholder, by its decision, must update the articles of association of the company to reflect a sole shareholder.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

The M2 printed forms duly completed and signed; indicating that the company has a sole shareholder: SASU.

An original power of attorney from the legal representative if he or she has not signed the M2 printed forms.
