Change of company name of an auditor

The change of the company name of an auditor leads to a modifying registration to the of Trade and Companies Register in the file of the legal entity which appointed him.

Supporting documents to be enclosed with the file

The M3 printed forms duly completed and signed.

For economic interest groups (EIG) and European economic interest groups, the required forms are the G3 forms.

An original power of attorney from the legal representative if he did not sign the forms.


Attach a cheque for 190.24 euros

Cheques must be made payable to the relevant GREFFE DU TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE, and attached to the application.
