A symposium is organised for 14 March at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris by the National Council of Bar Associations (CNB) and the National Council of Legal Expert Companies (CNCEJ). Since signature in 2005 of the charter of good practices between lawyers and legal experts, this will be the fourth symposium organised jointly by the CNB and CNCEJ. Both of these institutions reflect and work jointly around themes related to legal expertise, and this year the theme will be "Time for expertise". The symposium will take place in the presence of Vincent Lamanda, First Presiding Judge at the Court of Cassation, Jean-Marie Burguburu, President of the CNB and Marc Taccoen, President of the CNCEJ.
On 14 March, stakeholders involved in legal expertise will be asked to decrypt all of the time spent in expertise. Registration for this even is open until 10 March 2014.
