lun., 14 oct. 2013 23:43:00 +0200
European Credit Managers are, as in each quarter, interviewed on the Credit Management environment. The purpose is to allow the Federation of European Credit Management Associations (FECMA) to calculate the Credit Managers' Index (CMI). This is an economic indicator index for financial activities which measures responses to a questionnaire comprising 10 factors with equal weighting: three favourable and seven unfavourable. The first are for sales on credit, new credit applications and the improvement of short term order forecasts. The latters are refused credit requests, payment delays or insolvency.
The questionnaire is accessible online and all Credit Managers in the EU are invited to respond. It is important to note that no commercial data or confidential financial information is necessary to complete the survey.
