During the conferences on entrepreneurship of 29 April, the President of the Republic announced several significant measures.
These respond to three priority objectives: stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit and mobilising talent; assisting companies in their development; recognising the investment risk in favour of employment. Amongst the measures announced, one can note the implementation, from the summer of 2013, of a company creation fund in least privileged areas , the removal of the "040" indicator from the FIBEN file of the Banque de France in order to promote the increase in the number of entrepreneurs, the creation of a "digital entrepreneur pass" which will improve the customised support of entrepreneurs and which will include a mechanism for signalling administrative complexities experienced by companies.
