What is the future of the justice mandate in light of the latest developments in European law? This question will be asked during the symposium which will take place on 25 April at Palais d'Iéna in Paris. Organised under the aegis of the Minister of Justice, Christiane Taubira, the day shall be divided into two key parts: "Implementation of Regulation No. 1346/2000, as amended, its application to preventative measures and to groups". In the afternoon, participants will reflect on the latest developments in "service directives and the recognition of professional qualifications" as well as the "consequences of developments in the status of managing agents in Europe on the French justice mandate". European civil servants, academics, professionals and institutional specialists will participate in this informational day.
