The partnership agreement between the Superior Council for the Order of Chartered Accountants and Credit Mediation was renewed on 19 September 2013. In other words, the status of a trusted third party is recognised as belonging to volunteer chartered accountants identified by Regional Councils of the Order of Chartered Accountants (CROEC) for each department in France.

Present since 2009, in the network of trusted third party for Credit Mediation, the CSOEC may once more complete its mission for general interests. It should be noted that third parties voluntarily assist company directors of all statuses, from founders to those taking over firms, in resolving their difficulties in funding, notably those related to the financial crisis. 

Joseph Zorgniotti, president of the CSOEC and Jeanne-Marie Prost, credit mediator, signed the partnership agreement.
