21 billion euros is the capital amount now granted to Banque Publique d'investissement (BPI) France to support companies. The State on the one hand, and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations on the other transferred their holdings to CDC Entreprises, the Strategic Investment Fund and OSEO whcih will respectively become Bpifrance Investissement, Bpifrance Participations and Bpifrance Financement. The State and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations each hold 50% of Bpifrance following this transaction.
