Since the end of June 2014, artisans, traders and industrialists can connect with the Social Regime for Self Employed Traders (RSI) using two short and local rate numbers. The RSI, which aims to respond to all requests, can be reached everyday from 8am to 5pm.
These short numbers are intended to replace the hundred or so telephone numbers which used to exist prior to the Regime.
The two short numbers are as follows:
3648 can be used for questions pertaining to services and the RSI. Pensions, health, CMU-C, health and social care, prevention, affiliation.
3698 for issues on contributions. For instance, income, due dates, payment terms.
