Infogreffe.fr is being updated. So as to allow you to become familiar with its new design and more intuitive browsing method, access is open to the general public, subscribers and members. Functions not available in this version will gradually be rolled out in the coming months. In this instance, you will be automatically redirected to the full version of the website.

Access to company legal information
This area has a powerful search engine which allows you to have rapid access to all official information and documents for companies entered on the Trade and Companies Register:
- searching for companies and managers;
- accessing a company information form (free information and lists of official documents available);
- ordering official company documents (Kbis abstract, debt report, updated articles of association, collective proceedings, annual accounts).
You can log in with your usual "subscriber" or "member" log in information.
User dashboard
Notary, credit manager, lawyer, etc. all of your requests with the Registries at the Commercial Courts are different. In order to help you save time, a new customisable area has been created: the user dashboard.
Once logged on, add and/or remove shortcuts which are in the shape of blocks. You can then construct your own adjustable space with direct access to the various services offered by Registries at the Commercial Courts. Your dashboard will be automatically stored. You can then amend this at any time.
Tracking
Infogreffe allows you to track a company and to receive alerts when any event occurs.
Access to orders
Any order placed can be viewed online for 5 days in the "Recent Purchases" section by entering the reference of the order or via the "My orders" section when you log in as a member or subscriber.
Editorial support
Infogreffe has reorganised its editorial line with a view to offering you better support in browsing.
Its content is educational. On each web page, descriptions of products and services help you to understand the principle and definitions of legal information concerning companies.
It adopts a very practical approach. During searches, the guide of formalities outlines procedures to be undertaken with the Clerk at the Commercial Court and helps you to choose the documents, deeds and forms available. With just a click, you can access the Download the main pages pertaining to formalities page of the Trade and Companies Register.
The site is informative. We invite you to consultsubject-specific matters. These deal with company issues and company founders through four subjects: "Company Establishment", "Company Life", "Ceasing Trading", "Legal Procedures". Discover and download the first online documents on "company articles of association", "transfer of registered office", "mothballing a company" or "legal administration".
And also explanatory. At any time, the lexiconprovides a brief definition of the legal terminology used across the site.
Infogreffe is interactive. We also provide answers to the most frequently asked questions under our FAQ. And if you still have any queries, the Contact Us page allows you to contact Infogreffe. The customer service team will deal with your request and answer you as soon as possible.
Future functions
Soon you will be able to discover the following in the new version: creating a "subscriber" or "member" account, searching for a registry and the registry details, tracking formalities and searching for a matter pending or a ruling and many other functions.
