For several years, the National Council of Commercial Court Clerks (CNGTC) and the Infogreffe E.I.G regularly alerted by court clerks and business owners as to the existence of false registers with the obligation requiring the payment of substantial amounts within tight time frames.
A recent Paris Court of Appeal decision severely punished a business owner for "deceptive commercial practices". In this affair, CNGTC and the Infogreffe E.I.G were both civil parties.
