The evening duty service implemented by the Chambers of Bailiffs in the Paris area celebrated its third anniversary in December 2013. In the Val de marne (94), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93) Paris, a bailiff is on duty to respond to any emergency request requiring a deed to be drafted between 8pm and 8 am. Guaranteeing citizen rights during the night, this emergency department received close to 2,000 calls in 2013.
In place all year round, including weekends and public holidays, the evening duty service is intended for private individuals and companies. In terms of deeds, the Chamber of Bailiffs in Paris has reiterated that fees are freely decided and recommends that these be confirmed with the bailiff.
This service is available on 0811 112 131 (calls charged at local rates from a landline).
