Commercial Formality Centre (CFE)
A centre intended to allow companies to subscribe within a unique location and unique document ("unique bundle"), declarations which they are bound to make by legislation and regulations in the legal, administrative, fiscal, social and statistical domains, at the time of creation, modification of circumstances, or in the event of ceasing trading. The CFE competent for traders and commercial entities is held by chambers of commerce and industry; the registries at commercial courts are CFEs for civil companies, GIEs and commercial agents.● Back to the letter : "C"
