Irrecoverable costs

Legal fees not included in costs (Cf. this term) and which cannot be recovered by the successful party in the trial, unless the judge rules that the other party pays compensation on the grounds of equity, on the basis of article 700 of the New Civil Procedure Code (NCPC).
