Spring rate
Amount below which ordinary means of redress are not eligible. For each jurisdiction the amount to be taken into account is determined as being that of the request (and not the sentence). Consequently, we talk of a decision in first or final instance. Commercial courts rule in final instance if the request is below 4,000 euros.
