An original power of attorney of the liquidator if such did not sign the M2 forms.
N.B. : it is reminded that extension of registration of liquidation needs is effective for one year except for year-to-year renewal.

Cheques must be made payable to the relevant GREFFE DU TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE, and attached to the application.
