Legal pledge
With respect to removal of a temporary registration
The decision containing the withdrawal can be:
- withdrawal upon contest of the debtor, for lack of notice, lack of commencement of a proceeding, or default in confirmation (final publication): order of the judge who authorised the measure; if the measure was taken without authorisation: order of the enforcement judge or the President of the commercial court (if the debt is commercial and before trial; Article D. 218 of the Commercial Code);
- withdrawal in the event of extinction of the authority introduced by the creditor or or rejection of its request: removal is ordered by the trial court judge or, in the absence thereof, by the enforcement judge.
With respect to removal of a final removal registration
The removal is made on:
- presentation of a certified instrument (notarised instrument or judgement) containing the withdrawal;
- presentation of an instrument under private seal containing the withdrawal.

Payment to the order of the relevant GREFFE DU TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE.
For a debt of less than 20,800 euros: 17.11 euros.
For a debt equal to or exceeding 20,800 euros: 54.55 euros.
