Social Security privileges

By application of Article L. 243-5, paragraph 4 of the Social Security Code, "a registration may always be the subject of full or partial removal at the behest of Social Security bodies or by the debtor upon presentation to the court clerk of a certificate issued by the creditor body or an instrument for withdrawal coming from a subrogated creditor.

However, when the registration becomes groundless, as when the debtor has settled the debt subject to settlement with creditor body of the costs relating to the registration and removal formalities, this body requests full removal of it within a period of one month".

Documents to be provided to the registry office

Two certificates issued by the creditor body or the instrument of withdrawal emanating from the subrogated creditor.

- Registration of an amount equal to or in excess of 20,800 euros: 48.36 euros (without postage).

TOTAL REMOVAL

- Registration of an amount equal to or in excess of 20,800 euros: 48.36 euros (without postage).
